Description
Warning: To avoid possible harm that may be caused to users, please follow the instruction below: ►When you using this instrument, please do not aim the laser directly at the eye or indirectly through the reflective surface to the eye. ►This instrument cannot measure through a transparent surface such as glass and plastic; otherwise the value measured by the instrument is actually surface temperature of the transparent object. ►Vapor/dust/smoke or other particles hinder the performance of the instrument lens and thus affect the measurement accuracy. Note: To avoid damaging the thermometer or equipment to be tested, please protect them from the following influence: ►EMF (electromagnetic field) generated by equipment like arc welding machine and induction heaters etc. ►Thermal shock (due to a large or sudden change in ambient temperature, wait 30 minutes for the thermometer to reach a stable state before use) ►Do not place the instrument on the hot object ►When using this machine to measure temperature, pay attention to the ratio between the distance and the size of the measurement area (short for object distance ratio).When the distance between the machine and the measured object increases, the measurement area will increase accordingly. The object distance ratio of this thermometer is 12:1 *** This meter is equipped with a positioning laser for aiming at the surface of the measured object. ►Observation range: make sure the measured target is larger than the measurement area of the machine. The smaller the measured target is, the closer the measured distance should be. When accuracy is critical, make sure the measured target is at least twice as large as the measurement area. Most organic materials and paint or oxidized materials have an emissivity of 0.95(preset in this machine). When compensating, cover the surface with tape or black paint, and wait till the temperature is the same as the sample of the material below, and then measure the temperature. First: Quick measurement: ►Open the battery cover and put in 2 PCS 1.5V AAA batteries; ►Pull the trigger and turn it on ►Use the positioning laser to aim at the measured object surface (if laser positioning is not required, turn it off), pull the trigger and the target temperature will be displayed on the LCD. Release the trigger and the temperature will remain displayed on the LCD. Second: High temperature point positioning: Press and hold the switch button, at the same time, slowly move the laser point of the thermometer up and down for scanning and positioning.
